Gala dinner

The GALA dinner will be held at the Latvian National Library on the evening of Tuesday, May 31.
Known as the "Castle of Light," the national library was designed by the internationally acclaimed Latvian-born architect Gunnar Birkerts. Completed in 2014, the library is among the greatest cultural projects of the 21st century in Latvia.
At the GALA dinner, conference participants can leisurely discuss the many issues raised throughout the EAMT sessions, while enjoying the finest traditional Latvian dishes made in a contemporary style. Live music and an excellent view of the Daugava River and Old Town will provide a pleasant background to the evening's activities.
